For more than two decades, the summers in Mandan have been filled with music. Emanating from the Vern Cermak Band Shell, at Dykshoorn Park, a variety of bands have graced the stage to bring the community an extra bit of entertainment.

Running from June to August, talented musicians, spanning a wide array of genres, help celebrate the summer through the use of music. For many in Mandan, and the surrounding area, it has become a sign that summer is in full swing.

Kicking off this summer’s band shell nights was the West River Winds, who will be performing each Monday through June.

Brats and Schedule

Concerts run through Monday through Thursday, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

As with previous years, the Dacotah Lions will be serving hamburgers and brats on every Tuesday, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
